ADULT GROUP LESSONS 2010

Beginner: This level is intended to provide introductory instruction to the 5 essential strokes in tennis: forehand, backhand, serve, volley and overhead. Participants will also be provided a basic understanding of the rules ass0ciated with singles and doubles play. Although technical analysis will be the primary focus, all lessons will remain active and fun.
Refresher: This level will build upon stroke technique by introducing rally situations and directional play. The level will include an in-depth analysis of the rules and strategy of singles and doubles play. Participants will also be introduced to a standard warm-up routine. Information will be provided on "how to best utilize an hour of tennis".
Intermediate: This level will focus on stroke analysis, footwork, strategy and will provide an introduction to "spin" in tennis. Participants will be subjected to a more complex drill set that will be focused on directional consistency.
