2010 ADULT BOOT CAMPS
These Adult Boot Camps will be an intensive conditioning and tennis training for individuals interested in improving their fitness and play. They will provided ideal training for players interested in competing at any level. (It will be perfect for MTC members training for the 2010 Club Championships!) The Boot Camp will take place over a Saturday and Sunday and will allow participants the opportunity to practice all aspects of the game in preparation for competition.
The two days will include drilling, stroke analysis, fitness and match play. At the end of the two days, the participants will participate in a Boot Camp tournament.

Saturday:
7:30am-9:00am-Drills and Fitness
9:00am-10:00am-Cardio Tennis (optional-but class is included in the Boot Camp cost)
1:00pm-2:00pm-Match Play
2:00pm-3:00pm-Drills and Fitness
Sunday:
7:30am-9:00am-Drills and Fitness
11:00am-1:00pm-Tournament and BBQ
COST: $125.00 per Boot Camp (members)
